Mindful eating is a term that is used to suggest that you are taking a bite of food with conscious thought, rather than just filling your pie hole. The new year, for many is considered a new beginning. Lots of people pig out during the holiday season and want to shed those extra pounds at the beginning of the year. So, they turn to dieting. Often times, and for most, diets don't work, or they don't render lasting effects. Becoming for mindful about your eating practices has proven for many to be most effective, and also more pleasurable!
